An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to be the Clinical Manager for the OccWellbeing service. We are developing a new and innovative occupational health service to support the health and wellbeing of employees working within City Health Care Partnership CIC. We are looking to recruit a suitably qualified, highly motivated and enthusiastic nurse to help develop the new multidisciplinary Occupational Health Service team.

The successful applicant will have a varied role and will be involved in all aspects of service development as well as providing clinical and managerial leadership to the team. The ideal candidate will be innovative and passionate about improving employee health and wellbeing and will be supported to develop in the role.

The successful applicant will be confident, have excellent communication skills, proficient IT skills and a flexible pro-active approach to be able to manage a varied and demanding workload.
