We are looking for Bank staff to join our pool of staff for a busy Logistics team, based in Bristol. You will act as the first point of contact for all Trust users reporting Logistics related incidents, providing first line support and fault triage, ensuring updates are provided to users and issues are accurately recorded in the Trust’s service desk tool.

You will also be responsible for coordinating remedial action to a wide range of Logistics related resources to minimise vehicle, equipment and crew downtime.

Applicants must have 5 GCSE’s at (Grade C or above) or equivalent, including English and Maths, as well as possessing a good level of experience in a similar administration role.
