The Nursing Careers and Professional Standards Team (within the Nursing and Quality Directorate) is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to undertake a brand new position within the Directorate. This substantive position will afford the right individual the opportunity to build on their significant clinical experience to hone their skills and knowledge as a junior Practice Education Facilitator (PEF). You will build and maintain supportive relationships with our Operational colleagues, in order to support Practice Supervisors (mentors) and Practice Assessors (key-mentors) (NMC 2018) to deliver the very best learning opportunities for our Future Nurses, including the implementation and embedding of the NMC's New Standards (2018).
