£30,401 to £37,267 per annum

What you will be doing

Join a team that manages the infrastructure of NHS Wales. Active Directory, Exchange, Skype for Business, Office 365 and Azure Active Directory are a few of the main services and applications you’ll be involved with, so in-depth knowledge of some of them would be beneficial.

Having an awareness of networking concepts, such as IP subnets, routing, firewalls and having vendor certifications would be advantageous.

Work with the design team to ensure effective implementation and acceptance into service of new systems.

Work with and provide guidance to other teams within the Welsh NHS.

Manage and maintain the national services used to provide critical systems to NHS Wales.

This is not a complete list of duties that will be required but covers the main aspects of the role.

 

What we are looking for

We are looking to recruit additional staff members into varied and challenging posts. We require highly motivated individuals who can operate on multiple projects simultaneously whilst being heavily involved in developing, implementing and managing highly complex solutions.

Ideally, candidates must be educated to degree level or have equivalent experience within an IT infrastructure environment.
