About the role of Experienced Occupational Therapist in Advice and Contact

    • Provide professional support and training on occupational therapy matters to occupational therapists, and other team members
    • Deal with some of the more complex enquiries and develop good working relationships with colleagues in other teams to ensure people get the most appropriate response
    • Promote person centred practice and positive risk-taking
    • Help to embed an asset-based approach and culture within the whole team.

Requirements for an Occupational Therapist  

    • You will be someone who can inspire colleagues through your best practice
    • Qualified Occupational Therapist registered with Social Work England
    • Evidence of working with adults in either health or social care for two years post-qualification
