This position of Procurement Nutritionist/Dietician is pivotal to NHS Wales, supporting the All Wales Lead Procurement Dietician in achieving the outputs of the All Wales Menu Framework, thus assisting Health Boards/Trusts in ensuring that they maintain compliance with the All Wales Nutrition and Catering Standards for Food and Fluid for Hospital Inpatients. This opportunity exists within the Catering & Textiles category team based in Companies House, Cardiff.
