Octagon Medical Practice is a merger of practices in the Peterborough, Wisbech, March & Huntingdon area, and as such is owned and run by the partners from those practices. We are contracted by the NHS to provide Primary Care Services through our various locations.

Trinity Surgery are recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner with knowledge of minor illness and asthma, full time 37.5 hours per week across Monday - Friday.

The post holder will be a caring, compassionate and committed experienced nurse who, acting within their professional boundaries, will provide care for the presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care. This will be mainly minor illness presentations and care of patients with LTC. They will demonstrate safe, competent clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnostic skills, for patients within the general practice. The post holder will commit to demonstrating critical thinking in the safe clinical decision-making process. They will communicate and work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures.
