An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Pharmacist with a special interest and trainings in Asthma/COPD/other relevant trainings to join the K&W Healthcare team, to support the management of patients with diabetes and those who are at risk of developing diabetes. 

We are looking for a highly motivated, innovative and compassionate registered clinical pharmacist, with expert clinical knowledge of respiratory care and a keen interest to work in this specialised area. A strong interest in developing a proactive approach to the delivery of high standards of evidence-based care is essential. The post-holder will also be required to undertake caseload management for this patient group while working in the community. 

You will have a role in managing long-term conditions and medication reviews. Ideally you will be an independent prescriber, if not we will support you in achieving this. Please see the attached job description for more information.
