The successful candidate will be employed by the GP Practice/Medical Centre, not Aneurin Bevan University Health Board

GP Partner/Salaried GP - 6 sessions (negotiable)


Due to an increase in our list size we are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic GP to join our well-established team. 

We are a friendly, forward thinking, supportive HEIW training practice and part of Aneurin Bevan University Health Board’s training academy. 

We are committed to providing high quality care to our patients and the continued education and development of our practice workforce.

·    14,000 Patients


  • 4 Partners, 4 Salaried GPs, 1 Nurse Practitioner, 3 Nurses (including Minor Illness and nurse led Chronic Disease Clinics), 2 Health Care Assistants, 1 Phlebotomist and excellent administration team
  • Full time Pharmacist
  • Full time Mental Health Nurse
  • Scheduled time out for morning team coffee break
  • Leading practice in the promotion and delivery of Care Navigation, offering information, advice   and assistance in navigating patients to the most appropriate healthcare professional.
  • Fully committed to Workflow Optimisation
  • Weekly multidisciplinary team meeting, lunch provided
  • Training Practice - GP Registrars and Y1, Y2 & Y5   Medical Students
  • Training Academy – Pharmacists, Nurses and Student Nurses
  • Active involvement in local NCN and LMC
  • We adopt the BMA Model Contract for salaried GP job plans, MDU fees paid
