Location:                       Kettering (with travel around Northamptonshire)

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join and support our Project Office Team as Workstream Lead.

As Workstream Lead you will be responsible for the project and programme delivery of NHS Clinical System and IT deployments for Community and Mental Health Services.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in project and programme management and have specialist knowledge in NHS clinical systems, preferably SystmOne.   The role will include project leadership, design and planning in order to support the successful implementation of IM&T projects.  The role includes being responsible for ensuring that project management methodology is adopted for all stages of the process of deployment, from project initiation through to final evaluation.

Applicants will be highly qualified with a degree level qualification (or equivalent experience) and will have project management skills, experience in the use of  Microsoft Office applications and be a subject matter expert in Clinical Systems and IT deployments.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential along with a flexible approach and an ability to use your own initiative, often working to tight deadlines.

The post is based at RCI building in Kettering but the successful candidate must be willing to travel and work across all NHS sites within Northamptonshire.
