Post Title: Specialist Physiotherapist Practitioner - Musculoskeletal Rotation

Grade: Band 6

Location: Bradford Royal Infirmary, St Luke’s Hospital, Shipley Hospital and GP practices

Hours: 37.5 per week.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and aspiring Physiotherapist to join our dynamic and friendly service to gain valuable experience working in a Hospital Foundation Trust.

Most attractive aspect of the Post:

The post will offer the opportunity to work in both hospital and community settings assessing and treating patients with a variety of MSK conditions referred from Orthopaedics, Rheumatology, Pain and GPs.

We have specialist rotations in Hands, Shoulders/Elbow, Rheumatology, Spinal/Chronic Pain and the Gym focusing on lower limb conditions.

Staff have access to regular IST specific to their current rotation, weekly clinical reasoning and ongoing support from Senior Clinicians, including Extended Scope Practitioners. There are also opportunities for involvement in service development, audit and clinical governance and all staff take part in the appraisals programme.

Summary of most important Experience/Skills/Qualifications required:

• Physiotherapy Degree and HCPC registration.
• Good post graduate experience in MSK and recent experience working in the NHS.
• Post graduate CPD and experience of working in Musculoskeletal services.
• A clean British driving licence is essential as is access to a car.
