Band 3 Children’s Physiotherapy Assistant

Do you wish to pursue a career working in the Children’s Physiotherapy Service?

We are looking to recruit a Band 3 Physiotherapy Assistant who has experience of working with Children who have additional needs.

We can offer you a role within our team of experienced Children's Physiotherapists and Assistants all of who provide and continuously develop a high level of care and service improvement.

The post holder will be supported to effectively and efficiently manage a mixed caseload of Children, in a variety of settings under the supervision of a qualified Physiotherapist..

Children are seen in various community settings including clinics, schools and occasionally their homes. The post holder will need to be able to travel between locations.

The potholder will be based within the North Staffordshire and Stoke team but maybe required to support neighbouring Children’s Physiotherapy Services in the South Staffordshire and East Staffordshire Teams.

The post is full year and 33.75 hrs per week

We have an interesting and innovative programme of in service training which all staff actively participate in. The service also has links with and supports clinical placements for undergraduate students from Keele University .
