Bevan Healthcare provide sensitive and responsive Primary Care services for people who are homeless or living in temporary unstable accommodation, those who have come to Leeds and Bradford as asylum seekers and refugees, and other groups who find it difficult to access health care

Due to the expansion of services within Bevan Healthcare, we are looking for a social prescribing Link Worker to join our friendly team within our innovative and successful organisation.

The ideal candidate will be able to work in collaboration with Bevan Healthcare colleagues to deliver a coordinated and high-quality social prescribing Link Worker service, supporting service users who are homeless, refugee or asylum seekers to access and engage with the extensive range of support in the community.

Experience of dealing with patients from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures will be needed along with excellent communication and computer skills.
