Private Care Administration Team Leader

Salary: £24,214- £30,112 (Band 5)

37.5 hours/week

The successful candidate will be joining a Trust with a focus on providing excellent patient care and experience alongside innovation. You will be a professional and will have an important role in supporting the Private Care Administration team to achieve these goals.

Applicants should have proven interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, have excellent organisational skills and demonstrate professional quality leadership skills. You should also be able to demonstrate effective communication at all levels and work well as part of a team.

The main duties of this role are to lead and assist with the management of the private care administration team on a day-to-day basis. You will be responsible to the Private & International Patient Service Operational Manager and will be required to work closely with senior managers and consultants across two sites, to ensure professional leadership and management for a patient-focused comprehensive private care administration service.

Ideally, candidates should have:

  • High level communication and organisational skills
  • Keyboard skills and comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft products
  • The ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Line management experience

Previous experience of working within the private health care environment is desirable.
