We are currently seeking Support Workers to join our care home which provides 24 hour care for those with physical disabilities, intellectual disabilities, mental health needs, complex needs and acquired brain injury at Pathfields Lodge, located in Irchester and only 13 miles from Northampton and Kettering.

The care home (with nursing) provides 24 hour care for those with physical disabilities, intellectual disabilities, mental health needs, complex needs and acquired brain injury.

The service also caters for those with early onset dementia. Individuals have varying needs from specialist support to general assistance with everyday living.

Pathfields is easily accessible by road, is just 4 miles from Wellingborough and within 1 mile of the A45.

You will be:

  • A Support Worker or Care Worker.
  • Passionate about forming therapeutic relationships with young people
  • Committed to a person-centred approach to recovery
  • Enthusiastic about working as part of a dedicated team
  • Resilient and able to work under pressure
  • Previous experience working in care or the health sector would be an advantage but not essential.
