As a Nursing associate/assistant practitioner do you act in the best interests of people, putting them first and providing nursing care that is person-centred, safe and compassionate.

Do you act professionally at all times and use your knowledge and experience to make evidence based decisions and solve problems. Do you recognise and work within the limits of your competence and are you responsible for your actions?

If so then we would love you to join us in CCICP as we have exciting opportunities for Nursing associate/assistant practitioners to work within the community setting.

Do you want to work close to home? we have vacancies within all of our care communities (SMASH (Sandback/Alsager) Nantwich, Northwich, Winsord and Crewe) where you will have the opportunity to work full or part time hours.

We offer an extremely supportive induction programme with comprehensive competencies to support your development. You will have access to extended training and development around such areas as tissue viability, bladder and bowel care, palliative care and diabetes.

As part of an integrated team you will support the implementation and evaluation of care programmes and the delivery of high quality holistic care within the community setting. You will need to be able to work independently, possess good time management and organisational skills and be innovative and flexible to the Assistant Practitioner/ Nursing Associate role.

Travel is an essential part of this role; please demonstrate on your application form how you would meet this requirement.

you will need to hold a Foundation Degree in health and Social Care (Assistant Practitioners)


Nursing Associate Foundation Degree and Registered on the NMC Register (Nursing Associates)
