Community Dental Service

Sessional Dentist (Bank zero hours) - Band A

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Dentists to join our friendly out of hours team in South Staffordshire (Cannock, Stafford and/or Burton)

Our service is reaching out to people, many of whom have previously found it difficult to access dental care. We are continuing to meet the challenge of extending NHS dental access and providing continuing dental care for vulnerable individuals.

A positive approach is essential as well as the ability to strike a rapport with people who may find dental services daunting. Our service offers an excellent clinical working environment operating from modern surgeries with dedicated computerised clinical information systems.

You will work as part of the team providing out of hours urgent care. Out of hours care is provided on Saturday (0830 – 1215), Sunday (0930 – 1230)

All post holders must have current registration with the General Dental Council and be eligible to join the PCT's Dental Performers list.
