Divisional Admin Assistant - Band 2 (pro-rota) Secondment or Fixed Term until 31st January 2021

We currently have an opportunity in the Division of Medicine, Diagnostics and Clinical Support Divisional Office at the James Paget University Hospital for a Divisional Admin Assistant. This post can either be a secondment or a fixed term and will be until 31st January 2021. In this role, you would be working alongside the Admin Manager and Personal Assistants to the Senior Management Team. This will involve tasks such as arranging meetings, bookings rooms, maintaining spreadsheets and databases and sending correspondence.

The main aspect of your role would be reporting and recording the sickness for the Division, which consists of approximately 1000 staff. This includes taking sickness calls, completing sickness notification forms, inputting sickness information to spreadsheets and liaising with staff to ensure there are no implications to their pay.

The role is 34.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with some flexibility of the hours per day.
