The Gynaecology Service receives approximately 20,000 referrals each year and has a turnover of over £11Million per annum. Special interest activities and research include early pregnancy, minimal access surgery, menopause and gynaecological oncology.

The outpatient service based at Guy’s Hospital, includes minor procedures and one of the largest Colposcopy units in the UK. The Gynaecology inpatient service, active Early Pregnancy Unit and inpatient and day surgery theatre facilities are based at St Thomas’.
