CLINICAL SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR, Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehabilitation Services

Base: Ashford

BAND 4: £21,098-£23,761 PRO RATA PER ANNUM

Working hours: 22.5 hours per week

 

We are looking for an experienced individual to join our Cardiac & Pulmonary rehabilitation teams.

We require an individual who is experienced in managing and supervising administrative work to provide administrative support to the Head of Service. You will have line management responsibility cardiac rehab admin team. You will need to have proven computer skills including the use of word, excel and power point.

You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate exceptional prioritization and time management skills working in a busy and diverse environment focusing on clinical service administrative processes.

You will be supported to build on your skills whilst contributing to the development of our services across Kent. The trust currently provides regular training and developmental opportunities to progress.

There is an option of hours from a minimum of 22.5 hours up to a maximum of 37.5 hours in 12 month period.

Successful applicants are required to have the qualification level specified in the person specification in order to carry out the job, however, we do welcome applicants from individuals wishing to further their knowledge and skills and to gain this recognised qualification, which we will support. So if you do not have the essential qualification for the role, this may not be an automatic barrier to you being offered an interview.

If you are successful at interview but do not have the essential qualification for the role, we will employ you as trainee and will support you to gain this qualification. You will develop new skills and knowledge whilst working with an established team, gaining valuable work experience and continuing to get paid. Once you receive the qualification you will automatically move into the position advertised.

Please note that the salary stated is based on full time working and will be pro rata for part time working.

Agenda for Change posts based within the Dartford, Gravesham & Swanley areas also receive 5% high cost area allowance on top of basic salary, subject to a minimum payment of £1,017 and a maximum of £1,762. Please note that this element does not apply to bank positions.
