1.00Divisional Operational Manager (Two posts Band 8b)

The James Paget University Hospital is undergoing an exciting period of transformation, ensuring that our staff are empowered to continue to deliver the very best quality of care to our patients and to meet the challenges of increasing demand and complexity, through innovative and integrated solutions.

Following significant investment to strengthen our leadership teams, we are seeking experienced, ambitious and motivated operational managers to join the Division of Medicine, Diagnostics and Clinical Support Services.

Two posts are available covering Medical specialties and Emergency Care.

As Divisional Operational Manager you will work within your specialty level triumvirates to help lead your portfolio of services during an exciting time of change, having the opportunity to bring real transformation to the specialties that you lead.
