The Pharmacy department at the Sheffield Children’s Hospital currently has the opportunity to employ a full time member into the procurement team.

 

We’re looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic individual with an aptitude for accuracy and thorough work. The candidate must be able to use their own initiative and work well as part of a small team liaising with the wider Pharmacy team.

 

Excellent communication skills are a must for applicants, as you will be working with both internal staff at the hospital, and with Pharmacy suppliers.

 

Your role will encompass procurement of pharmaceutical products for use in the hospital as well as contributing to the acquisition and monitoring of homecare services.

This is customarily payable over 4 months as a salary deduction once employed by the Trust. If you receive a conditional offer letter, complete your DBS application and later withdraw from the recruitment process, an invoice will be raised via the Trust's finance department to recoup the outlay.
