CLINICAL SUPPORT SERVICES

 

SENIOR PHARMACY PROCUREMENT TECHNICAIN

Band 6 Salary: £30,401- £37,267per annum

Plus HCA (15 % of basic salary pa)

Permanent

Full Time: 37.5 hours per week

 

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and conscientious individual to manage our busy Pharmacy Procurement departments. You will have some experience of hospital pharmacy procurement as well as the management of people and processes.

Previous experience of working in the area pharmacy is essential.

The Pharmacy Department provides a reliable quality patient centred service with empathy, enthusiasm and commitment. It prides itself in being forward thinking and keeping pace with changes in medicines optimisation and technology. We are well respected throughout the hospital and have a close working relationship with the clinical teams. We also have a high level of commitment to staff development and actively encourage all staff to share their expertise to enhance the performance of the department.

The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is an acute and specialist services provider in North West London situated south of Uxbridge and near to Heathrow Airport. It is the only acute Hospital in the London Borough of Hillingdon, delivering high quality healthcare to a local community. The Trust offers a wide range of services including a busy Accident and Emergency, maternity, intensive care, inpatients, day surgery and outpatient clinics.
