Appointments Clerk (Higher Level)

Band 3

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Appointments Clerk (Higher Level) to work within the Outpatient Appointments Team, based at Warrington Hospital.

Working within a busy booking team, you will be responsible for the management and maintenance of consultant led clinics, and liaising with different colleagues across the trust, including our Contact Centre Booking Team, Secretaries, Clinical Teams and CBU’s.

This role is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive environment, with excellent development opportunities. You will be provided with a comprehensive training programme, and we are looking for someone with a background or experience of working as an appointments clerk”

A charge of £60 (Enhanced) will be made by the successful candidate which will be deducted from the first 3 months’ salary. In addition to this, you will also be required to re-pay any future costs that may arise in relation to DBS fees.
