Cardiac Rehab Therapy Assistant (Band 3)

2 Part Time (0.6 FTE) posts available - 1 permanent and 1 fixed term (until December 2020)

Do you want to be part of a dynamic and thriving organisation in which to consolidate and further advance your career and skill set? We are looking for a motivated, reliable and flexible Therapy Assistants to join the Hounslow and Richmond Cardiac Rehab Team.

The Cardiac Rehabilitation Service provides specialist support and rehabilitation to patients with a range of cardiac conditions across the organisation within outpatient clinics, exercise classes and education sessions. The team supports and advises patients and their families during their pathway through the service to help them develop self-management strategies and improve their heart health. If you have experience in working with people to improve their health and fitness and are looking to develop your skills within a community healthcare setting for people with a specific health condition, then look no further.

**Please note that applications for both part time posts (permanent & fixed term) are all to be made to the same advert and will all be invited to the same interview. The successful applicants will be informed of which post they are being offered after the interview.
