This role will be working as part of the Private Ambulance Provider (PAP) team, who support our front-line operations team in providing the safe contracting of additional ambulance resources within the Trust and associated day to day management of these suppliers and their service delivery.

The teams focus is to ensure that all contracted providers are compliant with both National and Trust Standards, ensure all approved resources are paid for via a robust service delivery checking procedure and ensure continuous monitoring of both operational and contractual performance of each contracted provider.

The purpose of this role is to assist the Contract Operations Manager by providing a strong administrative function to support the oversight of the operational and contractual requirements associated with the contracting of third party private ambulance providers. We are looking for a strong administrator with good knowledge of Microsoft office especially, MS Word, Excel & Outlook and with experience of supporting the following key functions:

Compilation and reconciliation of data into MS Excel / Resolution of routine supplier queries (both financial and contractual) / Support weekly and monthly operational and financial reports / Maintain compliance documentation within excel spreadsheets and associated electronic filing / Support contractual meetings via minute taking, management of action logs and document preparation / Maintain supplier purchase orders and associated payment requests.
