Children and Young Peoples Home Care Team
£30,401 to £37,267 per annum, pro rata

A vacancy has arisen within the Home Care Team for a Band 6 Staff Nurse to work alongside the established team of Children’s Community Nurses. The team are currently managed by a Community Paediatric Matron and we are looking for someone to assist in the management of a caseload of Children and Young People with specific medical needs within a defined geographical area across South Cheshire and Vale Royal. Are you innovative? Do you have enthusiasm and a passion for Children’s Community Nursing? Do you have recent relevant experience of 2 years or more at Band 6 in caring for Children and Young People in an acute paediatric or community setting? Do you have excellent communication skills? Can you work proactively as a member of the team and offer support to Children and Young People with complex medical needs at home? If so, this job opportunity may apply to you.
