This could be the post for you….

Central Cheshire Integrated Care Partnership (CCICP) is looking to recruit someone with an admin or call centre background to join our Therapy Services Booking Team based at Leighton Hospital, Crewe.

The post involves working as part of a busy call centre with a wide range of duties to include: call handling, referral processing, waiting list management, clinic management and appointment booking for a number of community services such as Podiatry, Physiotherapy and some Paediatric services.

The successful applicant will liaise with patients, clinical staff and manage general enquiries. Opportunities for internal development will be encouraged.

We are keen to hear from people who can demonstrate a flexible approach to their work, good time management, great organisational skills and who can work on their own initiative in a busy, team-orientated work environment. You will also need be able to cope with interruptions whilst in periods of concentration and be able to manage priorities well.

Ideally, you should have:

  • Good working knowledge of NHS administrative systems or good IT skills
  • Evidence of good communication skills both verbal and non-verbal
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good administrative and IT skills
  • Prior call handling experience
  • Organisational skills
