The Ipswich & East and West Suffolk NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups’ Nursing Directorate is looking for a self-motivated nursing, allied health or social care professional to join the Specialist Services Team.

This post is an integrated role aimed at improving the experience of people with highly complex neurological disabilities, as they journey through health and community care service systems. The key aspects of the role are:

 

The post holder is a lone practitioner within the Clinical Commissioning Groups but form part of the wider Specialist Services Team. They work autonomously within the standards of professional practice laid down by the relevant professional body.

We operate a probationary policy and all staff new to the NHS will be subject to a 6 month probationary period.
