Our physical healthcare services include intermediate care services in Hammersmith & Fulham as part of the Community Independence Service partnership.

Our national, specialist and forensic services include:

  • Medium secure services on the St Bernard’s Hospital site in Ealing
  • Services for people with complex and severe personality disorder at the Cassel Hospital in Richmond
  • High secure services at Broadmoor Hospital in Berkshire

We are a teaching Trust with a growing research portfolio, working with academic and industry partners.

We currently have opportunities for experienced Administrators (Band 2, 3 and Band 4) to work at various locations and departments throughout the Trust. The various roles include: Team Administrators, Ward Admin, PAs and Medical Secretary (dependent on experience and qualification).

West London Health NHS Trust provides a full range of local mental health services to the London boroughs of Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham, and Hounslow as well as specialist forensic mental health services, including high secure services at Broadmoor Hospital.

You will provide high-quality and efficient co-ordination and administration duties across various department within the Trust

You should possess a flexible attitude with the ability to adapt to changing roles within the services and able to provide cover during times of absence/leave.

You should be able to demonstrate that you can work autonomously and also be able to support colleagues as and when needed. You must have excellent communication, minute taking and customer service skills. Audio typing skills would be advantageous in these roles.

Knowledge and experience of working in an office/administrative role/environment would be an advantage. You will also need to have working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Good organisational skills, enabling you to prioritise your own workload, as you will be required to work without constant supervision. Previous experience of working in the NHS environment is highly desirable as well as a flexible approach to working hours is needed.

We offer Relocation packages for some positions (including Band 5 and Band 6 Nurses) - a relocation allowance of up to £8000 is offered for those who meet a required criteria.

Registered Nurses are required to produce their current NMC Revalidation documents/Portfolio at the assessment centre for verification, unless you are a newly qualified nurse from University.
