An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right people to join our Responsive Services Team working across the City of Brighton and Hove

Responsive Services are a multi-disciplinary team, who provide assessment and short term care and treatment to support hospital discharges and prevent avoidable hospital admissions, working under the instruction and guidance of the therapy and nursing staff you will be providing reablement and care to people in their own homes.

You will need to be a car driver as you will be working across the city.

Essential qualities, are the desire to work with people and provide personalised care, so whilst we welcome people who have an NVQ in healthcare, not having a recognised qualification is not a barrier to applying, as it is your experience and willingness to learn we value.

We are able to provide a supportive environment, flexible working hours and all the training required for your role as well as opportunities to progress further in the NHS
