SERVICE MANAGER – COLORECTAL, BARIATRICS AND UPPER GI SERVICES

The Theatres, Anaesthetics, Surgery and Critical Care division (TASCC) has an opportunity at service manager level to join the surgery operational management team to cover a maternity leave.

The portfolio covers a mix of surgical specialities including Colorectal, Bariatrics and Upper GI.

This is a challenging but rewarding role, managing the competing demands of RTT, elective surgery and cancer as well as the intricacies of theatre utilisation and efficiency. Plus the opportunity to lead on a range of service and business developments and other projects across the division.

Suitable candidates will ideally have experience of managing clinical services in a secondary care environment.
