An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Outpatient Administration Team in a full time Supervisor’s post. The successful candidate will work closely with all members of the Outpatient Administration Team and will be involved in the day to day operational management of the patient administration service.

Applicants should have experience of working in an office environment. The ideal applicant should have experience of patient administration processes and staff management, along with the ability to identify and implement service improvements. We are looking for a motivated individual with an appetite to further develop their skills in this exciting and challenging role. The post is both challenging and rewarding and is most suited to an individual who is able to prioritise their workload and respond quickly to changing situations.

Outpatient Administration is a large team based across 5 hospital sites (St James University Hospital, Leeds General Infirmary, Wharfedale Hospital, Chapel Allerton Hospital and Seacroft Hospital) and provides a support service to a large number of Clinical Support Units. The successful candidate may be required to be flexible and support all sites around the needs of the service.
