Our 3,500 staff provide services to 4.7m people across Kent, Surrey, Sussex and North East Hampshire. We handle over 1 million calls to 999 and 1 million calls to NHS 111 every year.

Senior Clinical Advisor

  • Salary - Band 4 £21,089 - £23,761
  • Full time - 37.5 hours per week

Senior Health Advisors competently advise on health or social care to and for people. They have a required level of knowledge and skill beyond that of the traditional Health Advisor.

The Senior Health Advisor would be able to deliver elements of health and social care and provide advice in domains that have previously only been within the remit of registered professionals.

You will be required to follow a programme of learning and development, which will enable you to complete the required service competences.

You will be part of a team based at Ashford and will provide safe and effective health assessment, information and advice, within protocols, to the general public.

You will utilise the Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS) and other local protocols to guide decision-making.
