Liverpool Women’s Hospital clinical services are currently being reviewed by NHS Liverpool Clinical Commissioning Group, following work done by our clinicians in presenting a powerful case for change in the Future Generations Strategy.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to become part of the senior nursing team, within the Gynaecology Division at Liverpool Women's NHS Foundation Trust.

We invite applications that evidence strong professional leadership and demonstrate a clear understanding of the challenges to delivering a gynaecology service in a single site specialist hospital .

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with the skills and ability to support and empower the clinical teams. You need to have a passion for developing staff and using patient and staff feedback to improve care. This is a senior and key role in ensuring we have safe, effective and robust systems to provide assurance and monitor quality and safety. The post holder will need to be able to deliver against key objectives in a fast paced and ever changing environment, and an individual who enjoys collaborative working and is committed to continuous quality improvement and patient safety.
