**Are you experienced in providing Complex Care to children and young people?**

Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking an experienced and dedicated Health Care Assistant to support a young boy with his complex care needs.

Our service user lives at home with his family and attends school five days a week where he enjoys spending time with his friends and people around him. This is a great role where you will be supporting him in his education setting, at home and within the community.

Playtime and having fun are an important part of this role and a genuine interest in working with children and young people is essential.

His hobbies include swimming and sensory play which is a key part of his development. You will be required to engage and participate in these activities.

**Essential experience required:**

• At least six months experience working in care

• A genuine interest in working with children and young people

• Medication Administration

**Desirable experience required:**

• Oral suctioning

• Epilepsy experience

• Oxygen administration

• Drivers licence

**We have several shifts available:**

• Days - 7:00 - 17:00

• Waking Nights - 20:00 - 08:00
