Applications are invited for the new post of Operational Service Manager (OSM) for the Psychological Medicine Directorate of Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

The Oxford Psychological Medicine Centre is an internationally recognised centre for service, teaching and research in the integration of psychiatry and psychology into medical care. The award winning clinical service provides care for patients throughout the Trust by the integration of its clinical staff into medical teams. It has recently been designated a Trust Directorate within the Clinical Support Services Division.

This post offers the opportunity to play a key role in the development of the new Psychological Medicine Directorate. The OSM will be a member of the Directorate’s senior leadership team. They will set up systems for the Directorate’s effective day-to-day management and relate to senior clinicians and managers throughout the Trust to ensure the delivery of high quality patient care.
