Fixed Term 6 months Band 6 Psychological Therapist – IAPT Counsellor (Band 5 £24,214-£30,112 if unaccredited)

This is an opportunity to join Time To Talk Coastal - West Locality, an established and well regarded team of Psychological Therapists working in GP practices and community venues across Coastal West Sussex.

We provide a range of NICE compliant Psychological Therapies, including Step 2 and Step 3 Psychological Therapy interventions. The multi-disciplinary team consists of Psychological Therapists (CBT, Counselling, IPT,) Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners, Administrators and Employment Support Advisor, working together to deliver a comprehensive stepped care primary care mental health service.

Applicants will be suitably qualified and eager to develop their career within an innovative, growing service. You will have extensive experience of treating patients with a range of common mental health disorders using a range of psychotherapeutic interventions in Primary Care and other settings. Applicants must be IAPT qualified.

Applicants who are in the process of applying for accreditation will be considered at a Band 5 until accredited. It is unlikely that applicants without 300 + counselling hours experience will be considered.
