At Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust we believe in excellent care at the heart of the community, and we are looking to recruit to our Community Neurology Hub. An opportunity has presented itself for us to appoint a Specialist Nurse who has a good knowledge of neurological conditions and will utilise their specialist knowledge and skills for people living with Parkinson's disease in Brighton and Hove.

Our ideal candidate should be able to manage their own caseload of patients and balance this with leadership of the wider team and its associated responsibilities. You will need to be caring, dynamic and proactive, flexible and responsible. You will need to have (or be working towards) a Master’s degree and your non-medical prescribing registration. As we provide care for patients over a wide geographical area, you will need to be a car driver and have access to a vehicle.

You will be part of a supportive team of Specialist Clinicians and Team Leads with the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills both clinically and managerially.
