We are looking for a friendly and motivated nurse to cover an upcoming maternity leave (start date can be discussed but the intention is to have the person in position for May 2020).

 

The successful applicant will be qualified to contribute to nurse led chronic disease clinics including Diabetes (essential) and Asthma (desirable) as well as help with as many activities as possible from those included in the Job Description such as smears and patient monitoring (Warfarin or equivalent etc) and Immunisations.

 

The lady that this position will cover currently works 30 hours over 3 days (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) and is Band 6.  We would like to hire someone as close to this pattern / scale as possible but please contact Craig Fearnett (Practice Manager) to discuss on 01244 552630 or via email at Craig.Fearnett@wales.nhs.uk
