Would you like to work in a friendly and supportive multi-disciplinary team? Then join us to provide excellent therapy care at one of our bedded rehabilitation units in the heart of London.

We have an opening for 2 Band 6 Occupational Therapists to join our North West Bedded Rehabilitation teams located at the Alexandra Rehabilitation Unit and Athlone Rehabilitation Unit. These roles offers an excellent opportunity to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering holistic, client centred and evidence based care.

Athlone Rehab unit and Alexandra Rehab unit are in-patient rehabilitation facilities providing rehab for residents in the boroughs of Kensington & Chelsea, Hammersmith & Fulham and Westminster City, who wish to maximise their independence following illness or injury. Common presentations include MSK, neuro conditions, geriatrics, falls, Parkinson’s, amputees and orthopaedics. Check out the CLCH trust twitter and webpages for more information.

As a Band 6 OT, you will have an active role in developing your practice whilst delivering holistic rehabilitation and assessments for local residents staying on our bedded units. You will also have the chance to build and maintain key relationships with our acute, community and adult social care partners.

You should be HCPC registered and have at least 18-months post-registration experience, which should include working with a range of clients who require occupational therapy in a therapeutic setting. Effective time management and caseload management skills are essential, as are excellent communication skills and a commitment to the principles and practices of effective MDT working.

You will be joining a friendly and forward-thinking multidisciplinary service, which is committed to high standards of practice. We will support you in developing your clinical, supervisory and leadership skills, as well as offer you the opportunity to participate in clinical governance activities and other policy and service developments. We are committed to developing staff through regular supervision, appraisals and support in CPD opportunities.
