You will need to be a reliable, enthusiastic and a self-motivated individual, you will need to possess excellent communication skills and be adaptable to changing situations. It is essential that you are reliable, punctual and enjoy working well within a team environment, as well as working under Trust Policy and the NMC Code of Conduct. We can offer you regular or occasional nursing work in a friendly and supportive environment. You will have access to appraisal and mentorship to help with your professional development. We need bank staff who are available to work a variety of shift types, sometimes at short notice, and to work across a wide variety of areas in the Hospital including medicine, surgery, orthopaedics, out-patients, as well as more specialist areas such as A&E, oncology/haematology, ITU/HDU and theatres.
