Recovery Support Worker (RSW) – Fareham

Days and Nights available/Full time and part time also available

£9.09 hourly rate

Uplands Independent Hospital is a Rehabilitation and Recovery Mental Health Service, which is situated in Fareham where our multidisciplinary team offer high quality recovery focused care to adults with a range of mental health needs. We are seeking to recruit RSWs to join the team at Uplands who share our vision for high quality mental health recovery services.

As a RSW you will have the ability to effectively lead, motivate others, to participate in the audit process as set by the hospital. You will provide safe and compassionate care of a high standard in line with the CQC fundamentals of care whilst working collaboratively with service users and staff promoting in order to embed the model of care. You will ensure that all service users, visitors and staff are kept safe from harm, abuse and neglect.

Previous experience in supporting adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities and/or mental health issues is desirable.
