Working closely with ourlearning disabilities service you’ll support service users in a person centred way with their assessed needs; this could include shopping, cleaning, budgeting, personal care. This will include being a key worker and lead on ensuring support plans, risk assessments are up to date. You’ll support forservice users and their families in the way thatyou believe is best, delivering our high service standards, sharing bestpractice, and actively improving the way we work.

As a Support Worker you will:

You will beexperienced in supporting adults with a learning disability, work in a person centred way and with strong communication and organisation skills, and a flexible approach will ensureyou deliver positive experiences to service users
