A vacancy has arisen for someone to join our maintenance team within the Estates Department.

This full-time role is based within the Building team, although there will be a requirement to work across all areas of the maintenance service. Though you will work alongside skilled craftsmen, you will be required to perform the majority of duties alone; therefore you must have the ability to work with minimal supervision.

You will need relevant experience as a painter and decorator and also general building maintenance experience, you should have previous experience of working within a customer-orientated environment, along with the ability to communicate with customers in a polite and professional manner.

This role can be physically demanding and involves lifting, carrying and working at heights.
