Permanent position - 19.5 hrs per week

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Receptionist to join our team in the Jasmine Centre, Doncaster Royal Infirmary. The post holder will provide reception/administrative support for the Breast Service. Although the post will be based in the Jasmine Centre at Doncaster Royal Infirmary there is an expectation to cover across sites when required.

The post holder will build and maintain close working relationships with both clinical and admin staff within the Jasmine Centre.

The post holder will ensure accurate data recording using the Patient Administration System (PAS) and book outpatient events in accordance with clinical instruction and national/local waiting time target dates.

The hours are to be worked over 3 days, further discussion around this will take place at interview.
