An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Band 5 Nurse to join our team of nurse within The Stroke Unit at PRH. You will not need to have experienced within Stroke but you will need drive and enthusiasm to support us to move our stoke unit forward

The successful candidate will support other team members to achieve the high standards of care we expect for our patients and perform within the Trust Values, they will be expected to maintain their continuous professional development and support others to do the same.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in becoming part of a dynamic team that is passionate about the care that patients get when they have suffered a stroke supporting the continuous improvement of the department, effectively monitoring and maintaining excellent standards of care that are reflected by patient experience.

You will be required to be receptive to change and actively demonstrate support to your more senior colleagues in the ongoing development of the department.

You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and want to work within the multidisciplinary team setting. You must be flexible in your approach to the role and respond appropriately to the demands of an ever changing workload.
