Central London Community Health Care Trust (CLCH) has exciting opportunities for passionate and committed Health Visitors to join us in Wandsworth. We are looking for candidates with excellent clinical and communication skills to join our 0-19 teams contributing to the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme. You will help make a tangible difference to people’s lives and enjoy the best that London has to offer on your doorstep.

In out last CQC inspection CLCH was awarded a “GOOD” rating, we are listed amongst the Top 120 NHS organizations to work for by HSJ. We consistently achieve our KPI’s and work closely with the local GPs. We have strong links with our colleagues in Early Years and the Local Authority. Our teams cover Tooting, Balham, Earlsfield, Battersea, Putney, Southfields and Roehampton. We have a dedicated health visitor team for families living in homeless local authority accommodation.

CLCH welcomes applications from newly qualified and experienced Health Visitors.
