Primary care network are groups of general practices working together with a range of local providers, including community services, social care and the voluntary sector.

North Kirklees comprises 4 separate and unique Primary Care Networks (PCN), encompassing 27 GP Practices working together to provide excellent patient care. The role of administrator is being established to assist the members of the PCNs in their collaborative work and to provide a central source of administrative support. The post-holder will work closely with the Clinical Directors and Practice Managers across the emerging networks and will be involved in a diverse range of administrative activity.
