Rydym yn chwilio am swyddog marchnata a chyfathrebu i ddarparu gwasanaethau cyfathrebu cynhwysfawr a safonol i’n helusen gofrestredig, Elusennau Iechyd Hywel Dda.

Bydd deiliad y swydd yn darparu cynnwys a mecanweithiau er mwyn cynyddu ymwybyddiaeth o'r elusen drwy farchnata a chyfathrebu mewnol ac allanol. Bydd disgwyl i ddeiliad y swydd gyflwyno rhaglen o gynnwys a chyfathrebu sy'n cydnabod effaith a chyflawniadau'r elusen, yn ogystal â rhai ein cefnogwyr.

Bydd y prif ddyletswyddau'n cynnwys cynllunio a gweithredu prosiectau ac ymgyrchoedd marchnata a chyfathrebu ar draws pob llwyfan, ysgrifennu cynnwys ar gyfer gwahanol fformatau, ymateb i ymholiadau gan staff, newyddiadurwyr a defnyddwyr cyfryngau cymdeithasol, a gwneud y defnydd gorau o gyfryngau traddodiadol a newydd.

Mae’n hanfodol bod yr ymgeisydd yn meddu ar sgiliau Iaith Gymraeg (lefel 4 ein Matrics Sgiliau Iaith Gymraeg) er mwyn i’r elusen fedru parhau i gynnig ei gwasanaethau yn y dewis iaith, ac yn unol â Strategaeth Sgiliau Dwyieithog y Bwrdd Iechyd Prifysgol.

Marketing and Communications Officer (Hywel Dda Health Charities)

We are recruiting a marketing and communications officer to provide comprehensive and high quality communication services to our registered charity, Hywel Dda Health Charities.

The post-holder will deliver content and mechanisms to increase awareness of the charity through a variety of internal and external marketing and communications functions. The post-holder will be expected to deliver a programme of content and communication which recognises the charity’s impact and achievements as well as those of our supporters.

We are looking for a team member who is self-motivated, friendly and flexible in their approach to work. The applicant must be able to work accurately and efficiently, use their own initiative, prioritise workload and have excellent time management skills.

The successful applicant will demonstrate a full range of communication skills and attention to detail. Main duties will include planning and implementing marketing and communication projects and campaigns across all platforms, writing content for different formats, responding to enquiries from staff, journalists and social media users, and making best use of traditional and new media.

For this post, Welsh language skills (level 4 of our Welsh Language Skills Matrix) are essential so that the charity can continue to offer its services in the language of choice and in accordance with the UHB’s Bilingual Skills Strategy.
